Basant Panchami marks
the beginning of spring season. This festival is celebrated by worshipping
goddess Saraswati and seeking blessings from her to endow humans with power of
speech, wisdom and consciousness.
Thus, to mark Basant
Panchami a brief celebration was done during was done during school assembly.
Assembly started by seeking blessings from goddess Saraswati. Thereafter a
brief speech was given by student on the importance of Basant panchami. Then, Principal Ma’am along with teachers worshipped goddess Saraswati &
offered flowers & sweets. At last, students came one by one to take
blessings of goddess Saraswati.
