Sukhmani Sahib Path at SAINT SOLDIER, PRATAP NAGAR!

The word Sukhmani literally means Peace in your mind. This set of Hymns or Bani is frequently recited in their places of worship called Gurdwaras and at home. The full recital takes about 90 minutes and is normally undertaken by everyone in the congregation.

Thus, on 5^th January at the outset of the New Year a Sukhmani Sahib Path was organized in the school, for the well being and prosperity of all. The Sukhmani Sahib Path started at 9:30 a: m, path was done by the sangat. We were indeed blessed and honoured with the presence of our Chairman Sir Sardar Ajaypal Singh ji and our treasurer sir Sardar Jasbeer Singh ji.

              The Ragis (MASTAN JI AND GROUP) of gurudwara RAJA PARK performed shabad singing. Our students both seniors and pre primary also performed shabad singing after the path. There was a peaceful atmosphere; it was a treasure giving singing to bless all with happiness and pleasure.

                      

        

             After the Shabad singing “Ardaas” was done by Gyani Jagdish Singh ji, followed by the ‘Prasad’ distribution. Thereafter langar was done and everyone took part in it heartily in it.

                       



Thus, we learnt that Truth and Truthfulness are very significant in the way of     realisation.
